Registration

We know you want to be sure everything is in order for your child's first day of school. Here you'll find the important information you need to make sure he/she's up-to-date with all of the needed records and immunizations so you can will be off to a good start from the very beginning.

Admission

Birth certificates are required for students enrolling for the first time in Palo Verde School. If you cannot present one, a passport or Baptismal record is acceptable. If neither of these are available, you will have thirty days to provide a certified copy of the birth certificate.

Kindergarten Age Requirement

A child must be five years old before September 1st of the school year to enroll in Kindergarten. Screenings for the 2021-2022 school year will take place on May 20 and 21. Please make sure to have students registered to be scheduled for screening. To enter 1st grade, a child must be six years old before September.

Open Enrollment

All students who reside outside of the District must fill out an open enrollment form each year. The open enrollment policy is available in the online registration within the ParentVue Portal and can be downloaded with the link below.

Immunizations

In order for a student to be enrolled in school he/she must be immunized according to the standards laid out by the state of Arizona.

2021-2022 Online Registration

Parents must have a ParentVue account through the school to register students. If parents have or ever had students enrolled at Palo Verde Elementary please use the first link attached (ParentVue Login). If parents have or had students but have never accessed ParentVue please email info@pvesd.org to receive an activation code.

New parents who have never had a student attend Palo Verde Elementary will need to register using the second link(ParentVue for NEW parents of Palo Verde Elementary). Please call the school office with any questions or concerns.
